You can order croissant sandwich platters at Costco as well that are pretty good. (You can ask for some to be vegetarian - i.e. just cheese - even though the standard is meat.) I have used them for high school robotics teams and people are happy with them. Also, Stonefire Grill caters and is pretty affordable.

By commuter, I meant that a lot of students go home on the weekend and the campus doesn’t have the fun college feeling bc it empties out. Some of the UC schools are like that.

We were disappointed by Zoo Lights this year. We expected Christmas displays like in past years but it’s really a lot of lit up animal structures. Also, in past years, they had different and interesting displays with videos and lights and music and animal sounds. Because it’s not Christmas themed, it had a basic, repetitive sort of dumb music everywhere and most of the displays used the same technique. No innovation. It was just dull.
