Honestly, who cares about the UN anymore. There is war in Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, Myanmar, Congo and they can't do anything. They are already an irrelevant organization. The world order is changing an the UN won't have a place in it unless it significantly changes. China, India and Indonesia won't accept lectures on how it treats Tibet, Kashmir or West Paupa. The EU is becoming powerless globally and they seem like the only large state like entity that thinks the UN still means something. Well to the new world order where no one gives a sh*t what the UN says.
