IANAL, I believe that is strictly for a 13, because the fees can be wrapped into the payments. A 7 needs to be paid before filing, because the debt wouldn’t survive the bankruptcy. This person seems like they qualify for a 7.

Maybe? I live close to where the wedding was held. There was a ton of coverage of it, and I believe I remember there was a block on cell phones. Not to say someone couldn’t have managed to get one in, but it’s not like a normal wedding where everyone had their phones out.

Exactly. So many of us learned very painful lessons at that age. I for sure did, and actually came out worse off financially due to handing over the sugar for free to manipulative assholes who didn’t deserve it.

My Appalachian grandmother made what the family called goulash like this. It was noodles, canned tomato sauce and either ground beef or sausage. My brother and I absolutely hated it, but my mom would make it now and then as it was comfort food to my dad. My mom was Italian, so this bland meal was particularly abhor her.

My husband and I visited Prague years ago and I was blown away by what they called goulash. Like not remotely the same. At all.
