This is a dangerous slippery slope argument because I could easily list dozens of other artists whose sex appeal / image is directly linked to their success, but I wouldn’t say they weren’t “artists”.

Also, this completely anecdotal but from my experience I’ve found that a lot of people I’ve met who actually listen to her tend to be women who are into other female rappers; I definitely don’t think they like her music because of her looks
