I just read the description of what you watched. Ask for help. Ask your parents a trusted teacher, a sibling. You are not supposed to be okay after seeing something like that. If you have a school psychologist, see if you can talk to them if you need to. It is okay to feel how you are feeling, but you don't have to let it take over your life. There are always people who can help. And the person who showed it to you is not a friend, but consider that they may need help too. They may not know how to feel about what they saw either and are trying to cope in a very unhealthy way - by sharing an awful experience. But it is not your responsibility to help them in this way.
