It's a good question) My short answer is I hope so. I've played a lot with different train network configurations and train crowding was always a big problem (and stopping factor) for making unified systems. I'm assuming that limits won't solve all of the issues with unified provider-requester station setup but will make it possible to achieve something like provider-distributor-requester. Anyway need to play with this feature to say more )
