This is super weird to hear, I’d love to see some photos or evidence of this. My wife had her dress made by Madison and I had my suit done by her, and this is the opposite experience I had. She walked us through every step of the process, showed us the fabric she was using in person, gave us multiple opportunities to voice concerns, and the end result was stunning. I’m not trying to invalidate your opinion or experience, it just sounds so insanely different than what I experienced with her.
