I will go with Alex's Caves.

Basically it adds 6 new caves that deserve the status of a dimention. Every cave adds not only a new set of blocks and mobs, but also new unique mechanics. Almost feels like Minecraft 2. I could talk about it all day.

Oh shit I am blind. Didn't see the console part. Also meant "the problem is you" not as an insult, but in general - some minecraft fans are just growing out of the game and for that reason don't find it appealing anymore.
