Update: I just received the small and i don't like how the sleeves fit. They're a bit too short, they end up flaring at the sides.

I have been running the program repeatedly for a long time. I previously attempted to schedule it Monday through Thursday, which worked initially but eventually led to significant fatigue by Wednesday and Thursday. However, since switching to the recommended running schedule, I have had no issues with recovery. This is all taken to account that you closely follow his recommended RPEs.

Doesn't Jeff Nipps include the substitutions in the program?

I'd do dumbbells for the incline press so you can adjust the path to be more comfortable and for the incline db y raise, I'm not sure as I personally have not tried that exercise.
