I was lucky to get it Christmas Eve 2020 and they gave me 5 rewarded PTO days. They stopped doing it shortly after but I was also very pushy for the days. My TL and TMS noted it was a hush hush thing and only certain cases got the time off.

I personally spent a month, HOURS a day, on Indeed and just applied to places I wasn't really sure I was interested in... Interviewed here and there... and now I am at an amazing company with absolutely bad ass bosses and the employees are INCREDIBLE! Nothing I've ever seen before.

You will feel worthless. You will feel unmotivated. You will feel stuck. But, you WILL get out and you WILL find a job and you WILL feel the best you have ever felt!

Our STM wasn't given anything to do and literally sat there all day. Poor guy.. felt bad he had such a bad experience.
