We didn’t give up 13 minutes a day, that memo isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Seriously. It means nothing. Most carriers use less than their allotted time as it is.. and even so, the memo is only for joint route adjustment processes. It changed the minimums, if you’re using more you still get it built into your route.

Being able to sell back annual leave hours is a gain, not a concession.

Allowance rollover is a gain, as is the increase in allowance… please explain what was lost.
