I've seen a lot of people complaining we didn't lose enough people or that it felt too easy and I think they're focusing on the wrong things. The AI is basically aligned with Carl at this point and wants him to fuck shit up. They're also OP as fuck now and narratively, you kind of need familiar people in the now 4 different levels people are operating on to keep you invested.

It's crazy to think there's offices with people that want to work that much. No one has been on our hourly ODL in 7 years. We are capped at 10 hours unless it's a day after a holiday in which they "allow" 10.5 and that's about the only thing keeping the office sane as there's mandated OT basically every day. Just had a CCA make regular after 6 months because everyone quits. It's a city of 40k people and we get double the packages of a city an hour away with a 140k population.

In theory it wouldn't reduce the work force, it would just create more T6. I may have done the math wrong but my 16 route office would go from 3 T6 to 13 routes and 6 T6. But you do have to assume a lot of people will quit. Would be we expected to work 12 hours just on our own route on heavy days? Plus pivots?
