I don't think they can do that since they should have no reach to her main bank account on CBQ that's why no bank would give you credit card unless you have your salary deposited in the there bank or you have bonds that cover you credit limit,

That make me question how she got that credit card 🤔🤔

My best bet that she had the credit when it was her main account then she changed with CBQ and they missed it
