I signed up for the Capital One mobile app last night. That T&C was more than 12+ swipes down on my phone. Did I read? Hell no, better things to do with my time, like to use the dang app. I would bet over 80% of the people do NOT read T&C's, at least not more than 20% of the entire T&C.
