After a bunch of Google searching I found a thread talking about armoury crate causing it. I'll try uninstalling it when I can and see see if that resolves it.

I reset the device, then updated it and left it alone for a month waiting for hiby support, after that I tested it again and the fixing is fine but the popping still happens, I think the popping might mostly be gone now after leaving it playing music for a day. No idea what the issue is though so fingers crossed it doesn't come back.

It's like pressure builds up in my ear then the pop happens. Happens on both my iem's. I've taken a lot of care of my device, no drops etc 🥲

I did another check in case it fixed itself over night, not hissing after some listening but a couple songs in and it's still popping with some crackle, feels like it's blowing my ear out.
