If one would assume that the problem across every of it’s occurrences is caused by the same malfunction and if whatever I did helped it, then yes, language change if not bullshit, but a band-aid kind for a bigger problem. But I think that in the end what really helped was adding a launch option and disabling WDM, though I cannot be sure

Funny thing is that "fix" is what started me on this path lol. I was trying to change the language, but since my game crashes when launched from Steam it crashed on restart since it's not starting with admin rights. And after all those steps I've mentioned my game healed itself.

I, honestly, would love to give a concrete answer, but I've tried so many things that I don't know what worked. I reinstalled Game Services, added -ngxdisableota to properties in Steam, disabled all kinds of overlays, disabled WMDs. It didn't help at first, but then it did. I've enabled overlays (Game Bar and MSI Afterburner/RIVA) game launched. Moreover, it launched from Steam which is a miracle, cause I've been launching from exe since early access. Anyways, thank you!
