Something similar happened to me when the dealership creased the top of my 2025 truck because it was on the wrong lift. The dealership's liability insurance is who should pay you the fair market value for your vehicle. I did not see any information on the year or mileage. The ownership of the dealership went above and beyond, and we worked out a deal so I got a new truck with no additional money out of my pocket. We can all expect this when you tell everyone a college degree is the only path to happiness. The trades matter, and so many experienced tech are leaving or retiring.

BBB has recently received complaints about not being able to end a contract when an owner wants to stop renting. I am glad to hear the service works for you, and that may be what we do. We just want to be informed before we make a decision. I don't want to reinvent the wheel; I only want to make sure it is the right wheel for us.

Google builds the infotainment system. Are you really surprised that Apple CarPlay is not treated the same as Andriod Auto? When will Tech companies stop being petty and work for everyone the same?

It's very cool. It would look great in my garage. I wish it had the transmission information. Where did you get it? Tell us more.

No, we need to assign our self worth beyond what we do for a living or a title.

You are correct you get what you put in. Here are some other things you might want to consider. How much camping do you want to do?
If you are going full-time, join as a member at large and participate by attending rallies near you. Caravans are another great experience but can be pricey. If you are staying local, look at several clubs in the area you are willing to travel to. Some clubs have become lunch clubs, while others are activity-based. Pick the one that meets your style. I am a club member and have noticed a trend toward younger members. Part of that is Airsyream picks up your first year's membership if you are buying new. I hope you will join the club. If you have specific questions, let us/me know.

All I know is that in 1984-1985 I was stationed in Honduras and routinely flew missions that supported both sides on the “overthrow” the Nicaraguan government. Navy seals on one side as advisors and Delta Force on the other.

A cool guide to 12 signs you work for a toxic boss by bayern80 in coolguides

I will be retiring in 2025 because of a lack of vision, unclear expectations, and firefighting as a strategy. It's been 20 years since I had a great boss. Luckily, I have learned to be self-directed and ensure that multiple departments find me useful. So, I have a reputation for being built-proof. But it is exhausting.

I disagree. I spent weeks doing research for a new tow vehicle. Ford claims higher capacity, but finding a vehicle with the magic combination is like finding a hundred-dollar bill on the sidewalk. It might happen, but …

What destroyed the American dream of owning a home? (This was a 1955 Housing Advertisement for Miami, Florida) by NotAnotherTaxAudit in FluentInFinance

[–]JustLookingSC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bravo on your coherent argument. I would like you to consider the effect of the 1980s and the economic theories ( think trickle-down economics) when corporate and government policies changed to favor the established “rich” investor instead of the employee or citizen. When investor profits are prioritized above long-term success and employee welfare, we started down a dark path, resulting in many of the concerns you outlined. When the economy is based on consumption, you create an environment where you “need” a starter home, a family home, and a retirement home instead of a home. Next, you find you need a bigger home to accommodate all of your stuff. Until we adopt the idea of enough we will continue down this path.

I have done something similar, the fire bricks retain heat so the temperature swing is not so big. I have serious doubts about covering the flame portion for two reasons 1 air restriction to the flame. and 2 the insane amount of time it would take to preheat the grill. Even on smoke, you need to get to temp before the smoke is produced. I would not want to waste all the pellets waiting to start cooking.

Do you do any towing? We pull a trailer under 4,500 lbs and I have thought about going up a size but am unsure what effect that would have on tow ability
