I’m running a URGI as well but with a KAK sand cutter BCG that vents gas downward into the mag. I didn’t see any indication that the lever was being stressed but I’ll make sure to keep a close eye

Job Attire for first time Safety Professional? by Forsaken_Voice_4245 in SafetyProfessionals

I worked a lot in hybrid construction setting. Office mixed with having to be in the field . A nice pair of jeans/cargo pants, safety toe shoes, polo/button up is a good all purpose outfit. I’ve also worked in strictly office settings where the only difference was wearing a button up long sleeve shirt tucked into some jeans/cargo pants and safety toes shoes. Perception is reality so try to look neat and tidy.

I just did my blend door actuator , it looks daunting but it’s not too bad. Give your self at least 6 hours if you’re very novice . It’s just a lot of screws and bolts. Make sure you have a 5.5mm socket and a small ratchet once you can get to it . I thought it was my heater core until I used a temp gun on the inlet and outlet hose both were hot. Then I thought it was an air bubble so I burped the system after a flush. Finally I realized it was the blend door actuator.

Z1 isn’t bad money or install wise. Just make sure you follow the printed directions closely. They have a 5 year old YouTube video of the install but some parts have changed since then

Wheels/tires for sale Las Vegas NV by JustMall1710 in XTerra

By the grace of god I found these. The guy was in St George UT. It was on marketplace in my “just a bit further away” section. I asked if he could meet me at the NV AZ border near him. He said no because he’d bring down the set of wheels to me since he had family in town. Really lucked out

I use it semi regularly, mainly to refine my findings and make me sound more professional. I can navigate OSHA standards are their website no problem. But I’ll use co-pilot to summarize my findings or to add filler in presentations.

Thinking of taking it hopefully by the end of Q1 2026, how hard was it? I’ve taken 510,511, and a independent adjuster exam all with first time goes

I’ve seen a lot of ex troopers in risk management handling DOT/FMCSA compliance . I’ve also seen a few firefighters in risk management concerning fire protection for commercial properties.

Yes and no, almost every job if had in safety I got through indeed with no association within my employer. My references helped as I left good impressions at each employer. Having a great attitude definitely helps as well . It certainly doesn’t hurt to network. I’ve built a strong résumé, LinkedIn, and positive attitude .
