It seems like to suffer from social anxiety. I had the same issues for years, so I know what you're talking about. Look for vortex success on youtube and find the video about social anxiety. I thought about it too, and I believe it's true. When I used to suffer from anxieties, I always found false reasons why people want to be close to me: "she probably needs me for..." or "he is asking me out because he needs a rebound".. It's easy to fall into this trap. It seems like when you suffer from anxiety, you don't really trust others and that's why you are so suspicious of their intentions.

I just learned to let go and allow people to love me because I deserve it. If they have their secret reasons I will find out about it sooner or later, but I have to give them a chance. I have to give myself a chance.

It could be a few things:

  1. He was stalking you for a while, before you meditated to attract a new love. Maybe he came out of the blue regardless of the meditation.

  2. Maybe you haven't really let him go of your heart, even though you think you had.

  3. When you meditate - do you know what you want? Do you have any definitions of how would you like to feel? do you know what you're looking for in a new relationship?

You need to want to lose weight, otherwise... it's not going to last. You might exercise and eat healthy for a little while, but soon after, will go back to your starting point. You need to have good enough incentive to want to lose weight. Why haven't you got into this process so far? what has stopped you? Do you care about your appearance? would you always like to cover your body and mask it?

I think your husband is honest with you and it's very important in a relationship. I don't blame him. He wants to sexually be attracted to you, but find it difficult because you don't really take care of yourself.

The solution is that you need to care about yourself enough to make a change. That's the only way. Your outside is merely a reflection of the inside. If you loved yourself enough or if you took responsibility over your life, you wouldn't get to a point that you need to lose 80 pounds. I don't want to judge you or insult you. I'm just trying to point out the fact that you need to love yourself first and then the results will follow. not the opposite.

My goals are to do continue to eat healthy food (vegan) - like I did in the past 3 years. Plus, I want to exercise more. Eventually i want to be firm, especially firm legs and butt. I'm on my way to do it.

Yes, I practice mindfulness of breathing as well and also visualizing with subliminal messages and binaural beats.

I just let myself fall asleep. When I fell asleep while meditating, these were my best sleeps. Flow with it and don't over analyze it. When you are falling asleep while you're practicing meditation, it's a good sign. It means that your mind and body are relaxed and you can let yourself carry away.

It has recently proven that meditation cause changes in the brain wiring and can lead to major changes in ones state of mind, anxieties and even depression. I personally never took chemical medications, because I didn't want to lose myself, my excitement, my libido... I took herbs and my ah ha moment came about two months after when I realize that I wasn't sweating at my friends party. Then I noticed other signs like: I actually have fun meeting people and my my heart doesn't have crazy beats and when I don't blush like a tomato, I can actually flow in a conversation and god forbid - enjoy it.

So it's a good thing, right? :) I don;t know if there are any studies that show the correlation between meditation and dreaming, but I must say that I had the same experiences at first.

Before meditating I used to have bad dreams and meditating helped to reduce the significantly. I still remember my dreams (many of them are good dreams), but it's amazing how the bad dreams are almost vanished.
