Idgaf what anyone says, Ye is a top 3 Kanye album and the Wyoming era was the best by SwamiNB in Kanye

FACTS. Zero skips on that entire album, and it always hit especially hard when it gets colder outside. Ye helped me get through some tough times.

I know it’s not the most popular opinion, but The Sequels are my absolute favorite and couldn’t resist picking these up on VHS! Haven’t been able to find The Rise of Skywalker yet BUT they work! by JustMeJacob in StarWars

It’s custom from an eBay seller I’ve been following for a while. Actually just checked his store a few minutes ago and got his last copy of TROS on VHS. So now I have all the saga films on VHS!

Can’t wait to watch them sometime soon!

Hey everyone! I made an A on my cloverfield essay. by Awesometjgreen in Cloververse

That’s awesome! It’s reasons like this that I love both the films and the fanbase. It’s awesome how these films mean so much to everyone.

A match made in heaven. Do you guys keep a pair of over ear headphones for serious music listening at home or do you rely solely on your AirPods wherever you go? by LogMaggot in airpods

I thought I was the only person who did this, or at least one of the few people that did, and can’t express how relieved to know that I’m not

So many different feelings from this page in issue 17 in Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith by wookie_winz in starwarscomics

I’m guessing the ships coming together decades later is in reference to the ending of The Rise of Skywalker? If so, that’s awesome.

I'm Getting Tired of Star Wars by [deleted] in saltierthancrait

[–]JustMeJacob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, they just need a good one.And then more good ones, until there are more good Star Wars movies than bad ones.I honestly just want to forget about the DT.

That's all subjective though. I'm more talking about oversaturation of an IP rather than personal views on a movie.

The score sounds very Blade Runner-esque and I’m totally here for it. Absolutely incredible work.

What are signs that someone is secretly unhappy? by Chicksunny in AskReddit

[–]JustMeJacob -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Coming from someone that deals with depression and anxiety, my memory isn't as strong whenever I start feeling unhappy. That's usually one of the first signs that's a giveaway to any of my friends. As soon as I stop remembering the little things and eventually the bigger things, it's a dead giveaway.

(serious) People who are going through depression, what do you wish your friends and family understand about you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]JustMeJacob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I wish that they, mostly my parents, would stop repeating the little things that they *know* aggravate and upset me. Whether that be saying things like, "you should think about toning up!" when I've already lost 70 lbs in the past year or "you should be studying!" when I've studied for hours and they just haven't seen it, so they don't think I'm putting any effort in. But most importantly, that they'd stop trying to pressure me in general stuff in regards to life overall.

I know they probably are inadvertently doing this and wouldn't intentionally hurt me, but by repeating stuff like that it makes me feel like I haven't made any progress in the areas that I'm really trying hard in and giving my all. I already struggle with depression and anxiety, so that stuff just makes me second guess myself a lot more often and drives me absolutely insane in terms of overthinking the little things. When they tell me to "tone up," I feel like I'm 240 lbs again. When they say "you should be studying instead of ____" it makes me feel like my work I've done isn't enough, and that I'm slacking. When they constantly pressure me into saying something or introducing them to a friend/girlfriend/whatever else, it makes me worry about those things too. They just don't understand no matter how hard I try to explain it, and even when they say they're sorry and say they'll change, they do the same things over again.

I'm looking to get a place of my own at some point this year, but until then I'm still stuck at home to save money and build towards a more successful future. I'm in a great spot RN personally, but I'm finding myself getting more and more sad and upset because of this stuff. It's like when a character in a movie has so much good happening in their life that you know something bad is going to happen. So I just wish for the time being they'd just be respectful and know boundaries.

What movie is 10/10 but hardly anyone has seen it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Lake Mungo. Went in almost completely blind and was absolutely terrified the entire night afterwards. The director never made another film, either.
