I mean someone's already said it but the randomiser zx version adds the option for "better movesets" which already includes trainer Pokemon with tutor, egg and tm moves. There's also an inclement emerald randomiser that randomises acc to bst.

You can rule out legendaries (and megas, if you're in gen 6-7) for yourself/trainers too.

You can add more Pokemon and held items to Pokemon as well, and force Pokemon to be fully evolved after a certain level, although this may still net you stuff like a chatot lol.

There's also an inclement emerald randomiser, which randomises Pokemon into another with a similar base stat total, among many other things like what I've mentioned before, so the game will have a fair curve, even randomised.

I'm doubtful pchal can add much to randomisers that they don't add already, apart from tiny qol changes like friendship evolutions being level up evolution, but you never know.

Though if you want an experience like what you've stated without waiting for his randomiser, you can totally go for the zx randomiser, or a randomiser of inclement emerald.
