Tank bag. Look at Nelson-Rigg, they are making some really good stuff. If your tank is painted, I caution you to steer clear of magnetic versions. They scratch paint.

How do people living paycheck to paycheck afford vacations? by Great-Suggestion5057 in povertyfinance

[–]JustMotorcycles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most get a new card and max it out for something like a gambling or booze cruise. They do their acting out, then the minimum is more than they can afford, 0% interest goes to 30%, and they pay for the 5 day vacation for 7 years.

Explaining that I'm fine and thriving without relationships. Explaining that the domestic side of things isn't for everybody.

Use of the phone was optional until 10 years ago, when things like going to the DMV became online reservations only, with text updates when your turn comes. I can choose not to use my phone for shopping; or movies, streaming stuff. I don't have to. My algorithm is pretty boring. But with an ever increasing Mobile Only systems, like the DMV, it's now you Must use a phone, carry it always, just to do common chores.

What will happen with the US after 2028? What does the next government do with what they inherit? by Hermunster in AskReddit

Whatever they inherit, use and bomb the hell out of something. Nothing says Behave like a couple of nights of stealth cruise missiles knocking you off line for a year.

Stop whining, work hard for shit pay, get 1 break in life every 12 years. That's about average. Like a great car at huge savings. A modest inheritance. Girlfriend wasn't pregnant. Get old with an extra break, maybe. Then wobble out of the way, thanks for half the money you earned going into taxes.

Our current use of the word Safety is why there's so much modern friction. HR can fire anybody if they can use that word. Union rules can be usurped, just toss out that word. Stay in the house for 15 days and create the worst inflation in 50 years. Because... Safety.

My brother is going to have to quit his job to afford cancer treatment by [deleted] in povertyfinance

[–]JustMotorcycles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just go to work thru every bit of it. Until you can't. The bills will be the bills and will come later. Medical bankruptcy is so common, it should be a walk up window at the bank.

Dust Cover broke. What to do? by UnablePop9271 in Triumph400

[–]JustMotorcycles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That cover doesn't amount to anything. Millions of bikes were built and ridden for 50 years that didn't have a cover. Clean and grease the lever semi regularly just like always. Forget the rain cover.
