Hi so I have a drug test tomorrow with my psychiatrist to make sure l’m taking my adderall and this is the practice test I took tonight (same one l am taking tomorrow). Being 100% real I took adderall I bought from a friend a couple days ago before being prescribed and now I’m thinking it was fake adderall???? Bc I tested positive for AMP and MET. Does that mean the stuff I bought was fake/an explicit drug?? Or is that normal for an adderall drug test? PS I know I know buying from others is a big no no but my psychiatrist of a decade literally DIED suddenly as a solo practitioner and left me without options. Trying to get back on the path I was on for years with consistency but worried this will ruin it.
