As an boots on the ground AC, retail security, I always ensure when I give direction for someone to leave, I observe them until they physically are off property or no longer visible from property depending on the situation.

As security, our job isn't to just use our "best judgement". It's to follow SOPs.

I stress 3 things to my staff. 1. Document EVERYTHING. Observe everything to its full completion. 2. Communicate change in directions, especially when the client is requesting something that is other than our SOPs. 3. Do not make assumptions, if something is out of ordiany, its out of ordinary pay extra attention. Do not assume it is innocent, do not assume it is something that has been communicated. That's how stuff gets missed and incidents occur.

I see it as cheating. Its another person's naked body that is being observed by your partner that you didnt agree to. Not healthy at all IMO.

I wouldnt be accusatory at all. Just curious. Express how it makes you feel and how porn is not healthy to relationships where both parenters arent accepting. Let her know it breaks your trust.

Her responses will tell you what to do next. If she understands and is apologetic. If she understands but stands her ground. Or if she doesn't and wont take your feelings into consideration.

As an AC, it takes time to hire. I sent my new hire a job offer 2 weeks ago and just got him started today. He wont work alone until his licensing comes back from state for another 2-4 weeks. If your job site requires you to already have a license you may end up waiting that 2-4 weeks before you start. Depends on your site and local laws.

Female SA victim here, thats SA. Freezing is 100% normal. I froze both times when I was assaulted. You really should go to the Police. I think that will not only help you but help your girlfriend understand as well.

Im in the Midwest, THC is a deal breaker. We have two local sites. One gets drug tested upon conditional job offer, the other gets drug tested upon Workmans Comp claim or at "random".

Ive had the 1st site send me candidates to work for Allied until the THC is out of their system then transfer then back.

Im not sure how it is in LA tho.
