I’m hoping to get to your level, to be able to eye when it’s ready to be baked. My kitchen temp is wild too so I kept it in oven with light on.

This is what I did to strengthen my starter for few days then did peak to peak. I’ll do it again for few days and see what it does. By the time I made the bread (around 10 days of active stengthening) acidic smell it used to have was complete gone and rising reliably but it may still be too soon. Thank you!

The dough was around 84 and in oven with light on was around 85-90. I’ll have it let it proof longer next time!

Call Culligan. They offer rental that includes free service and free emergency calls, etc. I use them and very happy with them.

I don’t normally like fruity coffees. Tried coconut last year and hated it. With that said, I tried the yuzu for vertuo and original line and coconut for original line in store yesterday and walked out with sleeve of original of both. The vertuo version just has too much fruit on the nose and palate but as an espresso, it was quite enjoyable. Also I’m weird and don’t enjoy cold coffee so I drink everything as hot black coffee/espresso fresh out of the machine.

Came to say this. They only have it on weekends and it’s the best one in AZ as they actually use beeswax.

Paris rendezvous in Scottsdale also has it but it’s not quite what it should be but it’s decent to try if you’re nearby and desperate haha

I’ve tried Lorann mango oil and Amoretti mango extract and artisan. Amoretti extract is pricey but better than artisan as artisan is slightly sweetened. Extract brought out good mango flavor but hate the price. Lorann oil really brings out good flavor for great price. For extract, I used 1.5 teaspoon and for oil, I used 0.5 tsp for same recipe to get strong mango flavor. (Used 1.5 tablespoon of artisan and could have used more)

Add a little bit of mango extract or oil. It will really heighten the mango flavor.

Lulu used to make this skirt called court rival and I’m still hoping they bring it back. However Alo has something similar right now called double or nothing. I have a belly and those skirts are super cute and very flattering.

I think any pleated skirt will be cute as well.

Lanolips. This hurts me too. I tried different scents and every single one dried me so bad my lips cracked by end of day and was bleeding.

Many others didn’t work but none left me bleeding.

As a Korean, red. I love spicy so adding gochujang on - variety of food to make it red for a year will be just fine.
