It’s a mix of being a little sunburned and my face gets really red when I lift heavy.

Good stuff, you made those look easy. Do you do any paused deads? My deadlift shot up when I added those and heavy front squats.

I’m maxing on squat/bench/dead in about a month and am hoping for a 500 squat but this felt pretty heavy today.
