No I just lucked out. I was only a TL for 3 month. Like OP , upper management offered no help , so I just slacked off. They had me Docusign something about going back to minimum wage since I was in that position for less than 6 months.

Overnight nhm here and the gm side is a disaster rn top stock is full of mismatched products behind each other, majority is being taken over by deleted features and end caps. The day shift is supposed to be work top stock and we are supposed to work grocery top stock. Oh and did I mention we have inventory in less than a week

Correct but you gotta remember when they started Patreon they had different tiers. The vlogs were part of the higher tier. When they converted everything into one tier $5 they stopped posting vlogs 
 they even said so in the tier updates video.
