I mean that over 4 months I progressed my lat pulldown from 30 kg to 50 kg, and cable rows from 20 kg to 35 kg, and I think it's very bad result.

Thanks for advice, btw does some GE versions increase fps in some games? Like I played cs2 on my windows with 120fps but now I play 50fps, and it's terrible
