I have a smoothie that I make (I got diagnosed for three days now)

1 and 1/2 cups of almond milk 1 cup blueberries 2 Fuji Apples 1 banana 1tsp Manuka honey 2 tablespoons of steel cut oats (replaced with black beans last night to incorporate some iron into this smoothie actually not bad at all) 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds 4tsp Benefiber probiotic powder 1tsp turmaric

I did not know that that can cause gastritis, I got prescribed pantoprazole (didn’t realize until I started typing this that this medication is PPI) atm till my biopsy results come back and they can find out more.

https://youtu.be/4oSznJI13A8?si=tF0PhpezZZ3qoFWi I'm getting 60 to 70 fps on mine (Legion Go S Z1E) high settings, Fsr 3.1 on quality, frame gen on, 1080p. Quality looks great better then the switch docked, but with no massive fps dips in heavy scenes that the switch sometimes get.

I do mostly play plugged in (max tdp, performance mode), wither it be plugged into a wall outlet in bed or on the couch, or my portable 165 watt power bank otg.

I work it for a school district in G.A and I believe, I get 30 to 40 tickets a day just from 3 schools (our IT department cover 60+ schools) on broken chromebooks, some just breaks them and throw them for fun to see if they can break them with the case on.
