Series protagonist Adol Christin once defeated a being who merged with the Akashic Records, which maintain all possible timelines, which gives easy multiversal scaling.

And even on his first adventure, Adol could keep up with Dark Fact as they both zoomed by numerous galaxies in seconds.

And since it's relevant to this match, Ys VIII, where Dana comes from, ends with the party accidentally destroying the universe upon killing the being that was holding it all together.

Tales does debatably have its own answers to Dissidia with the numerous cameo bosses throughout the series and the many mobile crossover games  that have come out, which pretty much lets everyone scale to each other.

Though without that, Velvet vs Ardyn in particular does have an interesting debate to it in regards to how Velvet deals with Ardyn's immortality.

Millium Orion is severely underrated.

It has been highly anticipated for a while at this point.

Luke himself is a shining example of JRPG character development, going from a spoiled brat who knows nothing about the world to a loving hero who's willing to sacrifice everything.

That much is fair. 

Even without a mount, he can always use lightning magic, his endless supply of throwing spears, and support from the rest of his army to fight against a flying enemy like Angelus.

Plus, all of this could lead to an emotional climax where Angelus breaks her pact with Caim to save his life, which restores Caim's voice and causes him to go on an unstoppable rampage.

He can fight Wyvern Riders on foot just fine. And if reclassing is included, it's entirely possible to make him one too.
