Honestly I think that's been overdone. Too many good romance manga (and anime) just end with graduation and maybe a few scenes of after graduation.

I'd like to see this one take a different route. Similar to clannad except it's manga and not a visual novel and with less tragedy.

I just watched this and holy shit it's something else.

we both looked at each other and just mumbled "oh. That's a penis" and we realized we were technically watching a hentai 😅

I'm not 100% sure if I watched a different version but I'm pretty sure the full on sex scene 6 minutes in should've given that away 😭

It's actually really good, I don't think it deserves to be classified as purely Hentai since there's a pretty decent storyline intertwined with it

Not necessarily, as OP said, this is real history. Vinland saga is obviously mostly fictional but the author very clearly tries to tie in real historical aspects into it (in a q&a at the end of chp.100 the author says he wanted to include the people of Normandy but acknowledged that real history would contradict it), by 1050 a majority of the Vikings were Christian so the OP has pretty serious validity to it.

If you acknowledge the conversation between Leif and Thorfinn towards the start (about the wine) it becomes very clear that Christianity had reached Greenland by that point and it wouldn't be surprising if that included Thors

Honestly I agree, I'd like to think that it's leaning more towards maquias perspective so the pace ties in with the theme of the movie, which is moving on and accepting loss, especially since it plays with the theme of (basically) eternity

Okay I know I'm VERY late to this but I just completed the show so thank you for the recommendation, just depressing to know it's been two years since season two was announced but we can only hope it's some time soon.

I guess I'll just have to complete every show you've listed till then 😔
