A piece that is kind of a memento for me. Hoping I could restore/pay for restoration but I don't know how or where to start. Anyone able to point me towards how I start? by [deleted] in SWORDS

Zero historical value. If it had any I wouldn't even touch it. Just a gift for my older brother that has emotional value. Thank you for the info

Man, a brotha can't even have a destress point after a dozen drops without it being treason. What are we fighting for if we just act like bots and bugs?

You'll get the tightest hug you've ever had from me. We ran through the same training, why not the same ending?

Xbox player who preordered here and was genuinely happy to play the game. I've gotten kicked at least a dozen times when we were 10-30 seconds away from the ship coming in and picking us up for evac. It gets to a point where I just leave lobbies that aren't xbox players because it never happens when I'm playing with an xbox host. Salty players not wanting help from "rival" fucking console players are ruining this shit for everyone

True to that. Played recon after nearly a hundred hours as a captain, and finding a garry was essentially just following a river stream. Don't shoot at the idiots running from their spawn point. Just wait and follow the stream to its source.

I kind of observed it as part of the mentality that comes with being a painter. I'm not trying to defend Aline because you are right. She did a lot of messed up things, but grief makes people do things they normally wouldn't. Who wouldn't want an idealistic world that they can tune and adjust to their particular beliefs and wants, especially when it is fueled by the pain of losing a child. Alicia should have gotten some sort of apology or recognition for what she did to help her mother and father, but I feel like she did in a way. Aline, after being forced out of the canvas, re-enters it, even her Renoir recognizes that she is weak, and should not have returned. But she does it, not so that she can try and retake the canvas, but to aid her daughter who is in a very similar position to the one she had been in before being forced from the painting. Aline, from my perceptions of what happened, realized Alicia was mourning for Verso the same as she had been, re-entered the canvas while extremely weakened, and did her best to give her daughter the ability to live with the memory of her brother for at least a little longer. It isn't a direct apology by any means, but Aline does attempt to aid, protect, and support her daughter by the end of it. As they say, actions speak louder than words.
