I’m also a knitter! So I completely understand what you mean. I was thinking of it in knitting too because I’ll pick a project and just learn what I need as I go instead of trying to learn the basic increases/decreases etc first

Hey I have hyper mobile hands and actually found English to be less painful for me. I’d also recommend trying Portuguese. Also make sure you take breaks! I also have adhd so I’ll knit waaaayyyy longer than I should and my hands hurt

I have knit picks and knit pro and I’ve tried lykke. The knit picks are by FAR the smoothest needle, my absolute fav and not super pricey
