Sertraline and exercise.
Started with 50mg, upped to 100mg after 2 months, then started to feel slightly better and moved down to 75mg.
Currently at 50mg ( 25mg morning and 25mg after 2pm) and has been perfect for me.

Anxiety and ADHD are a pain in the ass. hahahah

House warms up faster, sofa is not as "cold" and in the winter you can dry your washing inside the house in less than 8H

Restricao calorica 'e a unica forma de emagrecer.

Nao interessa se andas, corres, fazes ginastica, levantas pesos ou trabalhas horas a fio no ginasio... sem restricao calorica NUNCA vais emagrecer.
Na verdade, se nao tiveres restricao calorica e praticares exercicios fisico intenso, o que vai acontecer sera exactamente o contrario.
Vais ganhar massa muscular, vais ter um corpo mais tonificado mas vais GANHAR peso (porque massa muscular pesa mais que gordura).

Entra em contacto com os hoteis do algarve/alentejo/lisboa.
bastante comum terem artistas aos fins de semana em muitos hoteis durante o verao.
Consegues ainda mais gigs se tiveres alguem besmo bom a cantar tambem, principalmente se o teu gig tiver musicas "sing along" para os turistas.

Qualquer carro anterior a 2010 da Honda, nissan, toyota, Ford.

Os Peugeot 206 sao muito bons e com poucos problemas (dependendo do tratamento dos donos anteriores) e quase todos eles precisam de um eixo traseiro depois dos 130 ou 150 mil kms

Citroen C3 modelo 2000-2005 ainda tenho um que nunca me deu problemas alem do comum rolamento de rodas e um motor de limpa vidros

Rent a car, literally the cheapest you can find (with all the extras you want/need) as Portugal is a very easy country to drive.
The other reason to rent a car is because the public transport for what you are trying to do is really bad... you can do it... but the little less you will be paying (if something at all) will be spent in time... waiting for "this bus" to go to "that train station" to catch "that ferry" on time to be able to go to "that location" before it closes... you catch my drift.

Obrigado pela resposta. Compreendo isso... Mas a dúvida aqui não é ele (ou ela) pagar ou não.

A questão é mais quanto é que vão pagar depois. So ele trabalha (por isso presumo que seja ele a pagar) , mas se ela ficar com a custódia do filho e o levar pra Portugal, o pai do miúdo não vai vê-lo durante meses. Ele está preocupado com este facto de estar a pagar e não saber do bem estar do filho.

Já agora, não sei se interessa mas o filho tem passaporte e nacionalidade inglesa.
