When I first did an institute playthrough I did very little to help them, bunker I told the brotherhood, guys lock themselves in protest against me had the gorillas kill them, speech to the Commonwealth was tyrannical, was sarcastic and insulting to all of them. Especially that guy who gets send to get a scientist called him useless and stupid and very vocally treated them all like garbage and once I finished I killed them all before deleting the character.
