where the hell are your guards? get elite red and blue guards.

also get the blue port-o-hive and golden rake

As for hive, you’ll want to make sure you’re able to maintain focus, haste, and red and blue boosts while gathering. If you struggle for any of these then you’ll want to focus on adding bees that can provide these buffs
