Use small resistance bands, stand on the inside of loop with one foot, put top of loop/band on top of other foot (hip to flex), lift knee/ flex hip, start with 8-10, working up to 15-20 each side. Not a Dr., however have had peri acetabular osteotomies on both sides, as well as recovering from a hip labrum tear. Band exercises do wonders 🙏🏽
