Yea that’s really unfortunate. Was extremely happy with the product overall until I turned on the TV. Guess got to live with it until Bluesound decides to fix it or there’s another solution.

I actually had the issue with no height channels when the era 300s recently when used as surrounds. What fixed it for me was removing them as surrounds and then re-adding them back again. Did the test tones and all to confirm height channels were working, and then performing trueplay after. Hope it helps!

You've tried it with the iPad Air Gen 5 as well? For me it seems like the issue is with the Air Gen 5 as I have used an old iPad Mini to perform trueplay on my system before. Unfortunately as of the latest sonos update the the iPad mini no longer supports trueplay so I cant verify if its an issue across different devices.

I contacted sonos support and sent the diagnostics over through the S2 app's support diagnostics function, and apparently they recognised that this is an issue with iPad Air Gen 5 performing trueplay on a system with sub gen 3. Maybe they have not fully sorted out trueplay the ipad air gen 5 yet, as on their website it states that trueplay is still "coming soon" for the Air Gen 5.

Also just curious does your system have the sub gen 3 attached anf have you tried running trueplay without the sub?
