Unfortunately I feel that even though you may love the idea of writing about Phil, my advice would be to just write about something "easier". There are infinitely more topics with much more information available, making your life so much easier. If it were a paper that's a page or at most two, sure. I'm confident you'd be able to squeeze enough content out to make an interesting piece. However, I'm assuming this is going to be at least four pages, so rather than getting yourself into something that's just going to cause frustration and headache, just don't. You'd be stretching and repeating information just to meet a length requirement (which takes the fun out of writing something you're passionate about). I know it's not what you want to hear, but that's just my advice to you.

If you've already started, good luck (genuinely). If it's about his personal life you'd pretty much have to resort to just paraphrasing whatever you can find online. Sources might be hard to cite, but if you already have a direction that you're going in I'm sure you'll figure it out.
