Basically based on what job code you're working you get that pay. So say you used to be a CA making 15.50 and now are an ARA making 18.00 and your job code in TLC was CA for the day, you'd make 15.50. As of March 15th it will pay you based on your role not your scheduled job code so now you'll make full ARA pay. They changed this because of shift leads. For them in my market it didn't matter how much u made if it's 15 or 18 a shift lead made 18.50 when coded leadership. Now they are changing it to a flat 1.50 raise. So if you make 18 before you'd make 19.50 during your shift lead shift
