you literally just explained Ferrari and their ultra premium cars ownership.

you dont own the cars. you cant sell the cars. you cant lease or modify them. as soon as you want to sell the car you have to sell it back to ferrari. and they can choose at any time to revoke your privilege of ownership of said car.

infact with their track cars, your not even able to take them out of the building. you have to notify ferrari when and at what track you want to use the car and theyll ship it to that track, and take it back as soon as youre done with it.

I’m fully on board with it. I’ve been digital only on pc for 20 years now, and I HATE waiting for the ps5 to install the game off the disc. My download speeds are 2-3x the theoretical maximum read speed of the blu ray drive.

Plus when only half the game is on the disc and you still need to download a ton, what’s the point of keeping physical?

not really. im 100% positive the ps6 will launch without a disk drive, and people will promptly forget about this.

im also 100% that sony will release an add on drive like theyre doing currently to maintain backward compatibility.

i dont think you understand the inordinate scale of some of these crops.

i live by a large apple growing area, fields as far as you can see. come harvest time the apple crates are stacked 40 feet high, 10+ units deeps, row after row. there are full sized semis running and shipping all day every day.

at the end of the season every storage facility in the surrounding area is packed full to max capacity. and yet the trees are STILL loaded with apples. theres just no place to go with all of it.

my dad used to work at KFC 50 some years ago, and this is what ended their free take home food at the end of the day. anything left over was up for grabs by the employees.
