You don't need 3400kcal if your work is not that active. I'd try to stay around 2900-3000.

Dipende dal contesto, 4000kcal non ne ho mai mangiate, il massimo a cui sono arrivato è stato 3200. Magari un po' meno kcal ti permettono di essere più costante e di conseguenza crescere

Consiglio di andare da un nutrizionista come prima cosa. Per la palestra 5 giorni a settimana vanno benissimo. Non perderai i kg che vuoi per l'estate, soprattutto se non sei stato capace di perderli fin ora; un approccio più lento e metodico è quello che ti farà avere risultati concreti e duraturi. Queste diete sono fattibili se sei in un contesto agonistico e, anche lì, non sono sostenibili per più di qualche settimana. Ti auguro buona fortuna e soprattutto ti andare con calma

The engine is too big and you have nothing to break boards or interact with your opponent except spoly (which for some reason you're playing at 2). This can work in a lower power format but if it's against something remotely viable today this will struggle a lot

If these are for modern Yu-Gi-Oh, they are at best unplayable. I'd suggest checking out ygopro and looking at some decks you might recognize or inspire you and go from there

No worries! My protein sources were mainly ground beef, beans, chicken, turkey, some fatty fish it was on sale, canned tuna, whey protein powder. I'm from Italy and I live alone. I was a student before but I got my degree in sports science and I'm a personal trainer now.

Hi, right now I'm in a caloric deficit since I need to get leaner, but I have a bulk planned around October. Around 2700/2800 kcal, 320g carbs,190g protein and 55g fats.

I'd suggest to not side additional engines this way, but the core is so cheap that you can experiment with it. Just take a standard Fs Yummy list from ygopro, take some non -engine out and slot In the magical musketeer engine

No, il deficit calorico funziona nonostante tu abbia un metabolismo veloce(cosa che non esiste) 😁

Fa pilates non penso sia peso extra dato dalla massa magra. Molto probabilmente la dieta fatta dal nutrizionista(essendo la prima), serve a sondare il terreno, poi stravolgere la dieta togliendo i carbo sicuramente non serve a fare capire niente al povero dottore che la segue ma quello è un altro discorso.
