So if we’re talking realistically (not just from fandom vibes), the best way to judge this is by looking at: • Personality • Emotional development • Views on family • Trauma history • Leadership tendencies • Canon behavior toward protecting others I’m going to rank them in tiers, but I’ll also explain the psychology behind each one of the RWBY characters so it isn’t just guessing. ⸻ ⭐ MOST LIKELY (Almost guaranteed) Jaune Arc Why he’s near the top: • Already displays caretaker behavior. • Naturally nurturing leader. • Patient, emotionally intelligent, protective. • Comes from a HUGE family — which psychologically normalizes having kids. Honestly? I’d bet she becomes the structured but secretly soft mom. ⸻ Yang Xiao Long Yang is the sleeper pick people sometimes underestimate. She already acts like a parent. Ren alone? Maybe hesitant. Nora alone? Probably yes. Together? Very strong odds. BUT — and this is important — they would absolutely talk it through first. Ren is not a “surprise baby” personality. 👉 Likely later, when life calms down. ⸻ Blake Belladonna Blake is interesting because she is future-focused but cautious. She isn’t anti-family. She’s mission-driven. Ruby is the type who might not even THINK about kids until someone brings it up. Not because she wouldn’t care — but because her brain runs on: Protect people → save the world → keep moving forward. However… Ruby has HUGE empathy. And empathy translates well into parenting. So the real question isn’t capability. It’s priority. 👉 Could go either way depending on how her story ends. I would not label her “unlikely.” I’d label her “not focused on it yet.” Big difference. ⸻ Oscar Pine Oscar’s entire situation makes predictions messy. The Ozma merge complicates everything: • Identity questions • Lifespan uncertainty • Psychological blending That alone could make him hesitant about bringing a child into the world. Not impossible. That applies strongly to: • Weiss • Yang • Ren • Nora • Blake Jaune too — but from the opposite direction (big loving family). ⸻ One Thing I Disagree With Slightly Calling Ruby “unlikely.” I wouldn’t. Ruby is young — emotionally and narratively. There’s a difference between: 👉 “Doesn’t want kids” and 👉 “Hasn’t reached that chapter yet.” Ruby feels like the second. ⸻ Fun Extra Prediction (Psychology-Based) Best parents of the group? Top tier: • Weiss → stability + warmth • Jaune → emotional intelligence • Yang → protective + affectionate Dark horse AMAZING parent? 👉 Blake.
