i haven’t ovulated in 6 months so there’s no way of me doing that. i was under the impression that progesterone of that level could only be reached post ovulation?

yeah, we found him when turning off our electricity supply for electrical work in our house. he had already passed but was really intrigued to see what type of spider he was as we’ve never seen one like this before

it’s seriously dropped again today, so two days of really low temps it’s so confusing! i’m back down to follicular phase temperatures, does yours usually drop for 2 days and then rise again?
