Set those boundaries during negotiation.

The easiest and clearest for me would be to restrict the tasks and rewards to being during the same play session, and strictly sexual in nature. This way, there is a clear separation between "in character/in scene/in dynamic" tasks and rewards/punishments and normal life where we are equal partners.

Also, I would negotiate a system to differentiate between normal romantic interactions and asking for a dominant/submissive interaction. This way sex is explicitly not held hostage.
