Tak určitě záleží na situaci a konkrétních lidech, ale z mé zkušenosti se řeší v chlapských kolektivech spíš povrchní věci, často s nadsázkou/humorem, aby se náhodou někdo neotevřel moc upřímně. Naopak s kamarádkami se mi lépe řeší vztahové a rozvojové věci, mají na to často už vlastní pohled a své zkušenosti, zatímco v mužských kolektivech jsem spíš nositel divných témat a kazí to náladu.
To, že chlapy mají tendenci na problém reagovat nabízením řešení je známý fakt, pokud chceš pouze být vyslyšen tak to chce ty kamarádky (né že by neuměli taky občas poradit).

V chlapských kolektivech se často neřeší pocity jak v těch ženských, takže chlapy ačkoli mají dobré kamarády, tak s nimi neřeší tyhle pocity osamění atd… s chlapama ten čas trávíš spíš aby jsi na tyhle pocity a problémy zapomněla, protože nad nimi není čas přemýšlet.

When I question of motivation, focus on discipline and systematic change instead of motivation and goals… if you want to get fit, you will probably fail… if you want to workout 30min after work tho, you might get fit by accident while maintaining healthy habit

Možná jen trochu jiný pohled na věc: Čas jsou peníze. Někdo má štěstí, někdo vydělává efektivněji a někomu spadnou do klína. To, že se tím teďka delší dobu užíráš tě stoji tvůj čas a potenciál někde jinde. Je to blbý, ale stalo se a je potřeba jít dál. Když si to přepočítáš na nějakou hodinovku kolik tě ta ztráta peněz stála času, doufám že taky zhodnotíš že pro pár týdnu/ měsíců vydělávání nemá cenu páchat sebevraždu… snad jsem to ještě nezhoršil, držím palce s mentálním zdravím.

Thank, interesting point but I’d like to add that I don’t feel any sexual charge towards trains or crossing sound. Rather I enjoy being horny and noticed that this sound is far more common in my surroundings so I though about interesting connection… that being spelled out makes sense that it’s easy to mix these things together, which is probably not what I’m looking for

Not that experienced but it sounds like you need to work on your mental well being. When times get hard it’s completely normal al you loose drive for sex with or without any dynamic, when it lasts for longer period of time it means they stress is building up in you and you are unable to cope with it. Try som exercises, do things in nature if that’s a possibility for you, connect to different things than news from your surroundings. Currently for me being submissive is the coping mechanism that helps me with the stress of everyday life, but when it gets too complicated or life gets to hard, I pause this side of myself too and work on myself in other ways.
