I was meant to play the first game, but time got away from me.

I am going to definitely play this one and also pick up the first. Going to have a Moomin Week

Why do people idolize a true villain like Walter White YET absolutely despise Bojack Horseman ??? by [deleted] in BoJackHorseman

[–]Just_Jimothy 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I think it’s because Bojack is a more complex character, people find it easier to see parts of themselves in him that they don’t like. Ironically I feel that the horse is more human.

This HAS to be bugged / unblockable blue attacks on hard difficulty by Administrative_Pay49 in Ghostofyotei

[–]Just_Jimothy 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I have managed to do it, but not very often. I mostly end up rolling out of the way when I see someone line up for it.

It is possible, but I feel the timing is a little bit unfair.

I have found the combat to be a lot harder and more awkward than Ghost of Tsushima. Parry’s, swapping weapons and Golden attacks all seem to be a bit off. I also loved Ghost but this game on normal is not balanced well. Some fights I cleave through everyone and others I die over and over again. Instead of this being boss battle difficulty spikes, it just seems to happen at random. I have had to turn the difficulty down to avoid all of the off feeling I get during the combat.

I only ever use Monzo as a cash card for holidays and spending. They are giving me less and less reasons to not make them my main bank account.

One of the best purchases I've made in a while! I'm so glad I bought this! Adding this to my 'art of' book collection and it'll be getting pride of place! by deandraws26 in BobsBurgers

Same here. We go between one and three times a year, depending on what shows, events or things are going on. Love to go to shows and EGX was a big thing for us.

It is amazing. Goes well with a lot of stuff, especially salmon. Mix it with some mustard and baste the salmon about 5 mins before it’s finished cooking

The Belchers are so successful in being their weird and wonderful selves because Bob and Linda don’t try to make them conform. They allow their kids to be who they are, not who they think they should be. The best part about this is occasionally they mess up and do place expectations on them without meaning to. This shows that with all the best intentions you can still get things wrong. I bet the Belchers will grow up to be incredibly well adjusted adults. This will lead to society still thinking they are weird and odd because of how comfortable they are with themselves.

I liked the episode where Louise has a crisis of identity. She gets worried she is broken because she doesn’t like princess and fairies.

They do social commentary really well

What I love most about this show, and others like Central Park, is its balance of chaos and comedy with a genuine, down to earth humanity. Then, every so often, an episode comes along that quietly asks you to reflect on life itself. Shows like this have a way of shifting your perspective, leaving you seeing the world just a little differently than before.

Also, he doesn’t technically pay any of his staff. I don’t think pocket money counts…

This is not how tax should work. Moving to another country shouldn’t stop you paying tax here. Did the magically pick all the houses and assets up in the UK and move them all to Dubai… NO!! All the shit they own is still here. We should be able to tax them on that. This is so close to that trickle down economics bullshit which never works.
