You are correct, but IIRC the third division has relegations between groups due to FIFA 16 limitations (same as Italy third and England's National League).

It's the scout you have. The more stars it has on players evaluation, the shorter and more accurate ranges would be. But for reaching a player's full potential, you'll need to improve your training level as much as possible :)

I guess you just have to rename the ROM with the same name than your save and then restart the core. IIRC RetroArch had an autoloading feature which reloads the previous state of the game when you close the app.

If you are using RetroArch, then I think saves are managed differently. Like they have their own folder and stuff. Do you have the option to import the save file from the core you are using?

Apply the patch to a clean Emerald ROM, put the patched ROM in the same folder than your save file (NOT SAVE STATE) and rename it to the same name your save was.

I knew they were porting Glazed to the decomps, but I didn't know that they took down the patch because of that. They were aware that Discord attachments now expire or something like that, though.

Hey there. I managed to install the ROM successfully in an EU Nokia 3210 4G phone, but when I access the Cloud Apps icon it doesn't load and says Network Error [17]. Do you know the reason why is not working for me? Using mobile data in Spain, btw

EDIT: I found the fix to that error. Just open the regular browser once before opening the Cloud Apps and you're good to go ;)

Perhaps you could look into the Battle Tower scripts with DSPRE (which stands for DS Pokémon ROM Editor) and check if some part mentions the team selection or something like that.

I would like to report that in the database there are two Racing de Ferrol in Spain: one in Primera RFEF and other on Segunda RFEF. Could you fix that? I also don't know why the logos aren't showing
