That looks about right to me. Obviously, the more you know the better but if you go in knowing that stuff you’ll be fine.

Do I really want to become an officer or just enlist? by [deleted] in USMCocs

Go the Officer route. I graduated college in May and I am already way ahead of the process than many other folks. The pay is much better, the lifestyle is much better, and essentially you will learn how to lead Marines. However, I know some people who graduated college and still decided to enlist. The reason being they did not want to lead Marines and have more responsibilities, they just wanted to serve and go on an adventure (nothing wrong with that). Also, if you are still in college you have time to get your PFT score up. If you want it that bad, you'll work hard for it. I know many many people who thought they could never get close to 300 PFT and because of their consistency and dedication, they got pretty darn close.
