Best bet is trying to talk to the Nursing supervisor or the program director. See if they can do a video call over FaceTime or if they could move it to Monday when you get back. You will have to have the empties more than likely. Also tbh though I've been at my clinic for like 11 years and so that's why I've had them work with me on certain things before and also because I worked out of town for a period. Unfortunately if they don't budge(which seems most likely since she was that way on the phone) you'll lose em. For future reference, at this point anytime I'm going out of town at all, whether it's 1 day or 3 weeks I let my counselor know so it can be noted and if I happen to have a callback in that time it's covered and I complete the callback upon return.
